Provo, Utah, USA—Today leaders and employees of management consulting firm DecisionWise are celebrating the official release of the book MAGIC: Five Keys to Unlock the Power of Employee Engagement, coauthored by DecisionWise CEO, Tracy Maylett, and Global Employee Engagement Architect, Paul Warner.

DecisionWise to Present at Utah ATD Events

Management consulting firm DecisionWise recently released its employee engagement training program ENGAGEMENT MAGIC® to global clients. In tandem with this public release, DecisionWise CEO Dr. Tracy Maylett and DecisionWise master trainer Dr. David Mason have been scheduled to present at upcoming events, including two Utah Association for Talent Development (ATD) events.

DecisionWise Releases New Employee Engagement Training

DecisionWise curriculum specialists have designed a new employee engagement training program focused on the company’s new research-based model: ENGAGEMENT MAGIC® Training.

“We’re thrilled to be offering a robust engagement training solution to our clients,” said Global Employee Engagement Architect, Dr. Paul Warner. “Over the last year, we have been developing a comprehensive training curriculum. The program constitutes a one-day course, with a half-day session for all employees, and another half-day session for company managers,” Warner continued. “The training is highly interactive and draws on the experiences of participants to model the concepts. The material and training activities engage people in the learning process.”

 

DecisionWise Releases MAGIC Employee Engagement Model

For nearly two decades, Provo, Utah-based management consulting firm DecisionWise, Inc. has measured and studied the levels of employee engagement in global organizations. As part of this study, DecisionWise researchers initiated a project to analyze aggregate employee survey responses for trends that positively correlate with reported levels of employee engagement.

The data-analysis project, led by Director of Consulting Services, Dr. Paul Warner, examined the 12.3 million most recent engagement survey responses. “Once we began analyzing the survey data, five common factors were brought to light,” said Warner. “As we continued our analysis, these same five correlative elements became even stronger.”

DecisionWise Launches New Website for Employee Engagement Training Program

DecisionWise, Inc. announced today the launch of its new website, www.engagementmagic.com.  The public release of the website marks the formal release of the company’s employee engagement training program, ENGAGEMENT MAGIC®.  The new website will serve as an informational resource, providing an overview of the MAGIC framework, the two training phases, and the pending book release.
